Quality Policy

RZD Trade has developed and implemented a quality management system meeting the standards of GOST ISO 9001–2015 and ISO 9001:2015.

The high quality of services rendered and building long-term trust relationships with customers are RZD Trade’s top priorities. The quality management system, which enables monitoring and effective control of business operations, has a key role to play in these processes.

Basic quality policy principles
